Mr. Campbell joined IDS as Chief Executive Officer in January 2011, bringing over 27 years of software development and technology experience. Mr. Campbell was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Fair Isaac Corporation where he led global sales, strategic partnerships, professional services, and played a key role in directing product strategy. Prior to Fair Isaac, Mr. Campbell had extraordinary success as an entrepreneur founding Campbell Software in 1989, the company being twice recognized by Inc. Magazine for company growth. Mr. Campbell led his organization through its acquisition by SAP in 1999 and assumed senior roles within SAP through to 2001 when he became a Sr. Vice President and General Manager of SAP America.
As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Emerick brings with him a wealth of finance and senior strategic experience related to the software, technology and leasing markets. Mr. Emerick spent the last year with NorthStar Capital Markets Services, Inc. serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Over his career, John has specialized in many areas of finance and other areas including M&A, FP&A, Treasury, Investor Relations, Capital Markets - Debt and Equity, IT, Facilities, Accounting; Management Leadership; and Board Governance. John has over 25 years of financial leadership experience with both public and private companies, including Fair Isaac Corporation, The CIT Group, Ovation Communications and PNC Bank. John earned his BS degree in Finance and Business from Fairfield University.
Mr. Schmidt is General Counsel and Vice President of Information Services. He joined IDS in August 2005. Previously, Mr. Schmidt worked as an attorney in the purchasing department of American Express and held various roles including Director of Information Technology for Intraspect Software, Inc. (now owned by Vignette Corporation). Mr. Schmidt has also served as Assistant Dean of Technology at St. Louis University School of Law. Mr. Schmidt received a BA from Northwestern University and a JD from Washington University in St. Louis.
Mr. Sadler joined the company as Vice President of Professional Services in February 2011, responsible for professional services, product implementations, and customer service and support. Previously, Mr. Sadler was Vice President Professional Services at Fair Isaac Corporation, where he was responsible for managing teams in North and Latin America, EMEA and India. Prior to that he was an Associate Partner at IBM, where he was responsible for leading the Applications Management Services business. Additionally, Mr. Sadler has held a number of leadership positions at SAP. His most recent role was Vice President in SAP's Global Professional Services business.
Mr. Henkels joined the IDS team as Vice President of Product Development and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Henkels brings 20 plus years in technology leadership roles from various companies including Arroweye as Chief Technology Officer and SPSS (now a division of IBM) as Vice President of Development. Integral to his success are his competencies in the area of technology leadership, enterprise wide solutions development experience, and assessing and leading product direction. In addition, Mr. Henkels has experience leading international development organizations; specifically in India. Mr. Henkels received a BS from Iowa State University in Computer Science.
A twenty plus year veteran in the software sales industry, Mr. Cunningham has held leadership roles in companies including IBM, Chordiant Software, Symantec, and recently Intermap Technologies. Early in his career, David spent eight years in the leasing industry with Amdahl Corporation where he gained considerable experience structuring leasing transactions at both the individual product and portfolio levels. Responsible for significant revenue growth in his prior positions, David has built successful sales organizations in the Americas, EMEA and APAC, and specializes in building high performance sales organizations that provide adaptive solutions to complex customer needs across many and varied industries. Mr. Cunningham holds an MBA from Drake University.
