Job Summary:
Business Analysts focus on customer’s business processes and requirements and incorporate those processes and requirements in designs, product development and quality assurance. Develop and maintain a strong and positive business relationship with Product Management to clearly understand the customers business as well as their short and long-term business objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and define functional business requirements, designs, business scenarios, and test scenarios based on methodology being used,(PRD-Product Requirements Documents, use cases, or narratives), that meet the high level requirements as defined by Product Management in the MRD (Market Requirements Document)
- Follow design procedures and coordinate the business analyst design tasks for the project.
- Transfer design project to development and QA upon completion of design.
- Review and provide feedback on design reviews for all products. Attend design review meetings.
- Act as a resource for development, QA, and documentation for functionality/product questions.
- Ensure that functionality for design projects matches the design objectives.
- Provide ballpark estimates upon request for new development projects (customer funded and non-customer funded).
- Create test details and test scenarios for development to validate the intended implementation of business requirements.
- Work with QA to recommend additional testing to be implemented into test scripts if needed.
- Provide assistance to designer/developer as needed including reviewing and providing approval on design documents and system test plans.
- Verify Business requirements specified in design documents have been coded correctly by development. Done via testing (BA Signoff).
- Work with product managers to gather requirements, prioritize functionality and communication with customers regarding their business needs.
- Work with project manager/s to plan analysis work and highlight risks and issues.
- Evaluate and Implement new design methodologies for analysts when needed.
- Identify the necessary components and resources needed to achieve the defined objectives of the project

- Organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks/assignments/projects.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-3 years related work experience.
- Preferably be Travel ready, i.e. the candidates should be having a valid ready US B1 VISA.
- Post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform duties with general direction.
- Ability to facilitate discussion motivates team members, delegate responsibility and respond quickly to issues and concerns.
- Proven experience in leading or coordinating projects.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Must be able to pass background check.
