MINNEAPOLIS, MN – International Decision Systems (IDS), the leading provider of asset finance software, announced today that Leon Sadler is joining the company in the role of Vice President of Professional Services.

Mr. Sadler brings over 20 years of enterprise class software experience to IDS.  His background includes his most recent role at Fair Isaac, where he was Vice President Professional Services.   At Fair Isaac he was responsible for managing FICOs marketing, solution and technology teams for North and Latin Americas, EMEA and India.

Previously, Mr. Sadler has held several key VP and Director roles at SAP, where he has been responsible for a number of regional activities, including a key role in growing SAP global professional services business.  In addition, Mr. Sadler was responsible for leading IBM’s Applications Management Services in EMEA.
