Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend a class for which you have registered, you may send an alternate attendee in your place, or choose to cancel your registration. Full tuition will be refunded for cancellation requests received up to 10 business days before the scheduled class start date. A 25% cancellation charge will be applied for requests received within the 10 business days leading up to the scheduled class start date.
International Decision Systems reserves the right to cancel any class for which there are too few registered attendees. In the event of a cancellation, you may choose either to apply full tuition toward any other class or accept a full refund.
Payment Policy
Payment in full is due with registration. Please mail a check payable to International Decision Systems, Attention: Client Training Team, 1500 IDS Center, 80 South 8th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55402-4443.
Alternatively you may request to be invoiced. However, please keep in mind that reservations are kept only with receipt of full payment.
Payment must be received 10 business days prior to the class start date. Upon receipt of your registration fee, we will send a confirmation letter. If you do not receive a confirmation letter by 10 days prior to the start of class, please contact your support team. You are responsible for travel expenses, hotel accommodations and meals other than lunch on the days of class.
