From the point at which a quote is accepted by your customer, FleetWare Order Processing takes on the management of all of the processes, including the associated documentation and invoicing, until the vehicle is delivered and made "live".

FleetWare Contract Management

FleetWare Contract Management will look after your vehicles and contracts throughout their operational life from when the vehicle is delivered until the contract terminate, whether that is at its normal end date, terminates early or runs on as an extension. Maintenance transactions, fines and tolls, fuel usage are all managed from within this module along with direct links to external products as well as the quotation modules to provide real-time rescheduling of contracts.

FleetWare Terminations

The data from Contract Management is used to automatically populate most of the fields within this module, with additional detail added when available. Vehicles may also be manually loaded into this module, for disposal on behalf of a third party (Brokerage Disposal).

FleetWare Accident Management

FleetWare's Accident Management module streamlines all of the accident management processes, allowing instant access to critical data and covering all key areas including individual customer requirements, bodyshop data, letter and report production and invoicing. It gives you the ability to contact any party involved in an incident at each and every stage towards conclusion.

FleetWare Daily Hire

FleetWare Daily Hire handles all aspects of short-term rental whether as a contractual obligation or revenue generating opportunity, to either existing contract or those customers who simply wish to utilize the flexibility this product offers. You have access to either - or both - your own fleet or external suppliers, and if you have their implants working in your business, they can still use this module, but they only view their own vehicles. EDI links with car rental companies are an integral part of FleetWare Daily Hire and to enable full validation and comfort an audit trail is available on each booking.

FleetWare Contract Financials & Accounts

This comprehensive Accounts module records sales, purchase and nominal ledger transactions and allows you to carry out all regular key processes such as cash posting, cheque processing and automated payments and receipts. It performs month-end routines including producing rental invoices and vehicle budget postings and finance budget postings and provides management accounting information.

FleetWare Administration

This module controls the settings and parameters used in FleetWare's back-office suite to ensure controlled and consistent operational processes.
