FleetWare Strategic Partnerships and Electronic Trading

FleetWare has been and is being further developed to provide a number of Interfaces to a variety of third-party applications to enable e-trading capability. These cover Vehicle Procurement, Maintenance Control, for SMR, Tyres and Road Fund License renewal, Daily Rental, BACS payments and receipts as well as Web-access for a range of operations.

FleetWare Call Management

FleetWare Call Management handles the issues raised by internal staff, customers and suppliers, with a comprehensive messaging system used to log, track and monitor all communications; it facilitates task-based management and features personal "To Do" lists, allowing you to prioritise and escalate any follow-up actions required in order to provide the highest level of customer service.

Reporting

Any reporting tool which can access an Oracle database can be used.

FleetWare has Crystal Reports embedded enabling the running of a range of standard and user-defined reports. The system is supplied with approximately 60 IDS reports which can be further amended as individual users determine. Crystal allows for the creation of a multitude of reports from simple letters, such as a reminder that a vehicle's MOT is due, through management reports like end of contract mileage estimates to full cross tab reports.
